Making a Return:
If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us at info@oxfordbespokegowns.com. Items must be returned at buyer’s expense to the address provided below. We accept returns within 15 days of your purchase receipt. Please note that bespoke or made-to-measure items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Eligibility:
To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all Oxford Bespoke Gowns tags attached. We will issue a refund for the purchase price once we verify that the returned item meets our standards.
